“Stopped in for the first time just before Christmas and got 3 cake cups - lemon, raspberry and chocolate. They were AMAZING! My mum, who split each with me, said it was the best cake she had had in years (her fav was the lemon) and I completely agree (my fav was the chocolate). Cake was moist and the icing/filling was perfection. Owner was also super lovely and went through what was in each cake with me. Will definitely be back for more cake cups and will be my go to for a full cake for our next celebration!”

“We just moved into the area and ventured out on a walk with our kiddos to try some of the local shops and found Jake’s Bakes. Wow!! We loved everything about our first visit. Jake is so lovely and kind, and really hit it off with our kiddos. The lemonades were so refreshing and yummy. And the BAKED GOODS — don’t even get me started because they’re delicious — every single one that we tried! We have decided that we’re going to frequent Jake’s Bakes for a coffee and a baked good as a weekend treat whenever we can!”

“To be able to get authentic, tasty Caribbean food in Angus, ON is awesome! Mona's is a take out place. Tonight, hubby had Jerk Chicken with Rice & Peas, and a side of the best Macaroni salad out there. I ordered Curried Chicken, but since it was almost sold out, Mona made me a triple combo of the curry, some curried goat, and some oxtail. It was SO GOOD!! I love all 3 of the salads offered, but my favourite is the macaroni. Big portions too! If you love Jamaican food, you need to visit Mona's!!”

“Asian Yummy One has the best Chinese food I've ever had. Their chicken balls are more chicken than coating. Their soo gai and sauce is absolutely delicious, beef fried rice is perfectly done and flavorful. The house Chop Suey is just as delicious as the rest of their food. I won't order Chinese food from anywhere else.”

“I had an amazing experience at Osmow’s Angus location! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous, and everything tasted like it was made with care. The chicken was juicy, the sauces were spot-on, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. You can really tell they take pride in what they do.

Overall, this is easily one of the best Osmow’s locations I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be coming back again and recommending it to my friends. Five stars all the way!”

“Wow! Stumbled onto this gem yesterday after spotting their 'Donair Done Right' sign on the side of the restaurant. The place is cool, the owner was even cooler, and my Donair was crazy delicious. I had a small Donair and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of savory meet sliced thinly to perfection with the fresh tomato and red onion adding amazing taste and texture. The pita was dynamite.Their proprietary Donair sauce completes this culinary masterpiece and was wrapped tight and well presented. Order your favourite cravings at your earliest opportunity. 🍕”

The general towel chicken, which was super delicious and the bourbon chicken, which I would probably not order again because the flavours were just lacking. The service was really nice and I would definitely go back!”

The cakes were moist and flavourful, nothing was too sweet or overpowering, and Melena is very truthful about answering questions about quantity to order based on party size. I’ve gotten tons of compliments from anyone who’s had their baked dishes.”
