“Food was a 10/10 most definitely will recommend and come back got the Greek slovaki large with salad and can I say the most tender meat (no homo) I’ve ever tasted. If I was on deathrow and they asked me what my last meal would be I’d tell them bring me some grill taste with a bev on the side. This was better than lazeez and Osmos they like little boys compared to this place really upped my standards for rice and chicken. When I go to sleep tonight I’m gonna reminisce on this meal they really made me not mind waiting for the second coming of Jesus because I can indulge in this fine dining once again.“

“The owners of Xawaash Mississauga are incredibly friendly — especially Engineer Abdullah, whose warm hospitality truly stands out. This was my second visit, this time with my family, and once again, the experience was exceptional.

Xawaash offers a variety of traditional Somali dishes, and everything we tried was packed with authentic, homemade flavor. We ordered the chicken Mandi, the Beef Spaghetti, and the signature Xawaash Chicken — each dish was absolutely delicious and full of rich, satisfying taste. The food is undeniably tasty and brings people together — food as unity.

At the end of our meal, we were kindly offered a complimentary coffee and date cake by the owner — it was soft, flavorful, and the perfect sweet finish to a wonderful evening.

The restaurant is impeccably clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.

“I saw an ad for this place on instagram and was pleasently surprised to see mansaf! We finally got the chance to eat here today and our meal was delicious, 10/10 would recommend. We ordered mansaf and two chicken shawermas. The mansaf is a Jordanian traditional dish and the chef did an amazing job making it as authentic as possible. The shawerma was fresh, filling, and very good! Overall, the price was very reasonable and the service was great as the chef was kind and patient with us. They really do justice to shawarma. I have eaten it full stomach, empty, half full and the tatse is simply authentic and consistent.
I try the jawad style chicken shawarma in pita with parsley and tomatoes added. They hit the spot. This is truly an underrated shawarma joint in Ridgeway plaza and beyond!
