I visited Mom's Recipe Chicken recently in the Mississauga Chinatown Plaza to sample some of their chicken creations I have heard recently.Whether it is Soy Sauce Chicken or Hainanese Chicken on Rice, this place has dedicated themselves to solely chicken. However, my experience was a bit hit or miss.I ordered a box of their Shredded Chicken for dinner and I was a tad disappointed of how dry the meat was.
