“Ordered catering through Firehouse Subs earlier this month for a birthday party. Bradford location did a wonderful job at ensuring our order was what we wanted. Letting us know we can modify it. And, they had everything ready and beautiful packaged for pickup. It was affordable and a hit with the kids at the party. The customer service was extraordinary! Food was delicious 🙂“

“Under new management the owner was very nice and food quality is amazing. Portion is good. We had the gyro and chicken kabob dinner. Both were super flavourful. We also tried the chicken soulvaki and it melts in your mouth. Comes with salad and potatoes and super flavourful rice. Our family really enjoyed it and we will be sure to be back“

“This is my favorite Mary Brown branch. It is conveniently located near the Newmarket soccer club too and it never disappoints. It’s hard to grab something quick specially when we have a long drive home after the kids are done with their soccer practice but thanks to this location they get a post practice option whenever we need.Service is faster than most locations.“

“I came here around 7pm and got a 12 piece family meal. The staff was wonderful. They had a great attitude and provided me with the best deal. Super friendly and very fast service. “We got the Dave’s single since there’s a deal right now for them and it was great! So fresh and hot. We went through drive through and it wasn’t too long of a wait but the older woman on orders was definitely over it. You could hear in her voice she wasn’t having it and when we got to the window, we barely got a hello.“

“We came here to get some ice cream and snacks on the way back home.
The place is actually pretty clean and nicely designed. There is lots of space to sit and tables were all clean.
We ordered a happy meal for kids and some ice cream cones and flurries. The food was pretty fresh and well prepared. Ice creams were as always delicious and fresh.
The whole place was not crowded at the time we visited, and it was pretty clean and well decorated with balloons.
Washroom was also very clean and smelled really nice.
Staff seemed pretty friendly and fast at the time, as it was not really busy. We got the orders on time and used the machines to order the meals.
There is lots of free parking space outdoor.
They also have drive thru option here which is pretty convenient for winter.

“I have been to this McDonald's many time over the years, Never had a problem with the drive thru, which I predominately use when I visit. Went inside this week and was served quickly by a new employee ( she was in training) . Food was served hot. Inside was clean and their were many tables. Going outside I noticed the drive thru was very busy.“

“Ordered a shake that they couldn't produce so the creative staff (Emma and company) mixed some syrups together to approximate the flavour and nailed it. Three people at the window while I taste tested it reminding me they'll do whatever I need to make things right. This at a fast-food chain! A tip of the hat to you Miss. Cheers.

“There's really not much food you can buy at Southlake at 10 PM. The Timmies was closed and the same with the cafeteria. Subway was open and it was to get a freshly made sandwich instead of packaged and processed food. We ordered the assorted 12" sub and devoured it after a long wait in the ER.“

“You can get a burger, fries and a drink for about the same price as a McDonald’s Quarter Pounder Combo. I’d say the only difference is the Moose Caboose’s food is fresh, served hot and has better patties. Save your money from McDonald’s and spend it here instead! :)
They even have scooped ice cream too! No need to worry about the ice cream machine being broken.
