Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff! We stopped on our way home passing through with little ones who were hungry. Large group, different ages and all tired and grumpy. Staff picked up easily helped make choices and delivered effortlessly, accurately and in timely manner. Food was fresh, hot and delicious, exactly what any Harvey’s /Swiss chalet customer would expect and want. Did not disappoint! It’s definitely on our radar for future travel!
Stopped in on our way through to Ottawa from Toronto area, easy location right off 401. Friendly and helpful staff as we had little ones who were hungry and tired. Staff quickly accommodated us and our complicated orders were delivered to our table exactly as ordered! All fresh ingredients for our burgers, satisfying the cravings of a traditional Harvey's burger! Gravy was delicious and the Swiss chicken divine with the traditional chalet sauce! We happened to stop in after the Santa Clause Parade. While the food was great as it usually is everyone was stressed about how busy it was. They were understaffed in the kitchen for how busy it was and knowing for weeks the parade was going on they should have prepared. We waited for 20 minutes for our food and it was nothing fancy, juT burgers and fries.
