It was my first time to try Baskin Robins last night from this branch and I was very pleased with the service. The asian lady I think her name was Charinah, she was very nice and accommodating. She was very patient in explaining the different flavors even if it was very busy. This is by far the best ice cream I’ve ever had in Ottawa. Plus, they also have free parking which is great. I treated my daughter to some ice cream. She had the ice cream cake and I had the chocolate mousse, so DELICIOUS!!!!!! Everything is so expensive in Ottawa, even ice cream but it is well worth it because my daughter enjoyed the experience. Support this place because the man looks like he works hard and is trying his best after lockdowns. Everyone is trying to recover so we must support our small businesses or we will be stuck with boring grocery store ice cream. :-/
