“If i could give 10 stars for service I would. We were served today, my birthday, by a lovely girl named Paige. If the food was terrible (it wasn’t) I would still go back in hopes of having service like this again. She was incredibly attentive, very nice, served us in a timely manner. She offered refills and checked on our food etc. She gave us time to wait for our final party member before ordering and offered her opinions on apps. It was probably the best serving experience I’ve had in a VERY long time. Every food establishment should have a Paige. Well done!“

“5 stars all the way for The Royal Oak at Centerpointe—and a special shoutout to Ian, our server, who made our visit truly exceptional. Having worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, I know what great service looks like, and Ian absolutely delivered. He was attentive without being overbearing, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about providing guests with a great experience. It’s rare to come across servers like that, and it really made a difference.

We went during happy hour, and the deals were fantastic. It’s not just bar rail drinks—there’s bottled beer, house wine, and a solid selection of cocktails all at great prices. The food specials were equally impressive. We ordered the nachos and the fish tacos, both of which were fresh, well-portioned, and flavorful. The nachos were loaded and crispy (not soggy!) and the fish tacos had a great balance of textures and seasoning.

The space was clean and comfortable, with a relaxed pub vibe that felt welcoming without being too loud or crowded. Overall, this is the kind of local spot you want to return to—great food, great value, and truly outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Ian again!“

“I usually order the steak. But the onion rings have been terrible lately. Can you go back to the original way. Or give French's fried onions please.“

“I have celiac so this is a chain I can have roast chicken and sauce. Roasted chicken without sauce is just not the same. That said it makes for a very empty plate and unfortunately the restaurant is not vey generous with the fries even though they don’t need to provide a bun. As a result, I’m still a little hungry when I leave (not the first time this has happened). A half chicken would be too much food so I wish they would at least provide more in terms of qty for the side dish, in this case fries, with the quarter chicken.

Atmosphere was fine but a portion of the restaurant needs some TLC.

“Visited Montana's 13th November 2022 with a group of 7 other people. The atmosphere was good, enjoyed pre-dinner drinks and conversation, followed by our server taking our meal order. She was very efficient and ensured all our needs were met. The order took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, the food was just warm. We explained to the server who was apologetic, the food was heated to our satisfaction, and enjoyed by all. We were visited by the Manager In order to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, following the issue we had experienced. She very kindly told us she was giving us a reduction on the total price as a sign of goodwill, and also provided free dessert for the group. I would say that was an excellent show of hospitality on the part of Montana's, and we will definitely be arranging future visits.“

“My group comes every Thursday for wings night and Alicia is often our server. She is very kind and attentive and always makes us feel welcome! We continue coming back because we know Alicia will provide us with excellent service. She is so wonderful and always has a smile on her face.“

“The food was hot and fresh.
Waitress didn’t bother to bring items she said she would. Specifically requested an orange slice for my grandson, never arrived. Promised me cotton candy at the end of my meal. Never arrived. Went to pay because after 5 minutes of us all standing up and packing up the baby, still has to go inside to pay. That’s when my friend slipped on butter from a a knife that was on the floor, staff reaction was oh. And looked the other way!
Still after standing in front of my waitress ( the one who couldn’t care less about the accident the orange, and the cotton candy. Why would she care about my friend almost breaking her neck on a knife that was sitting on the floor ( I picked up their dirty knife) in between her at the cash and her coworker eating food at the table in between us then whoever the manager or the gentleman that seem to be working that day also said he was gonna go back and get me some cotton candy and never bothered to bring it out. Finally, we just walked away will never be back but hey, the food was good. Yes, I still tipped them. I shouldn’t have, but I did.“

“Milestones Lansdowne is starting to show its age needs some updates food and drinks was ok, we sat on the other side where you can't see outside not a fan although the waiter and staff were awesome no toilet paper in the women's washroom was quickly addressed anyway I will return to any one of the milestones in the city it's still a favorite 🤩“

The service was amazing, we were taken care of by Donya and she was extremely polite and communicated well with us which made our time there even better. The food was delicious and well cooked, and none of us from my friend group have anything bad to say. Would definitely go back again.“
