“I recently visited Falafel Scoop in Ottawa, and it’s safe to say it exceeded my expectations. We were welcomed with friendly service as soon as we walked in, which made the whole experience even better.

I ordered a falafel sandwich, and it was massive and delicious. The falafel was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly spiced. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the pita was soft and warm, which tied everything together perfectly. The portion size was impressive—it left me satisfied.

In addition to falafel, they also serve shawarma and kabobs, giving customers a variety of Middle Eastern dishes to choose from. My wife opted for the chicken shawarma, and they served it in markouk bread, which was a great touch. The chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor, and she couldn’t stop raving about how much she enjoyed it.

What stood out to us was the food and the overall experience. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, and the service was fast and friendly.
