“We spent a very enjoyable evening at the Manor Lounge. First we escaped from Death Row. Great fun! Then we had an amazing dinner followed by darts and shuffleboard. There were lots of other cool games there as well. We will definitely have to go back. The new Manor Lounge location is simply packed with atmosphere and fun!“

“We received a gift card from a family member for $100 USD as a Christmas Present and were excited about enjoying a meal at this restaurant. The gift card was purchased directly from Joey's, not a 3rd party. We went and everything initially about the restaurant was very enjoyable. The food was very good, the service was attentive and we enjoyed our experience until the cheque arrived. When we we presented the gift card (electronically) our server went to speak with a ⁶manager and then returned to inform us that the $100 USD would be honoured in Canadian dollars. $100 USD is worth $144.50 Canadian dollars according to google when checked today. We paid the bill and tipped the service team 22% and left after effectively having $44.50 taken from us and our family member in what felt like to us, theft by conversion. The manager in question did not come to follow up after our expressing our disappointment JOEY's is already a very expensive restaurant. Further, the gift card information indicates that Joey's has US based restaurants. I'm quite sure that Canadian dollar gift cards are not accepted at par in the US. This ruined for us, what was otherwise a positive experience, through what felt like to us, an act of corporate greed and impersonal profiteering. After this experience we will not be back and sadly, I cannot recommend JOEY's as a place for anyone else to dine at. Any company that sells a gift card directly and then fails to deliver full value is patently dishonest, in my opinion.“

“First time I use maple leaf loung. I had a very big expectation, the only thing that disappointed me was the food. Not to mutch choose, only small rap, salade, soup and peices of tukey with any gravy. Very dry. Big comfy chairs, a lot of alcool. Should be great to upgrade and add some longer seats so we can extend the leg. The bathroom and open spaces were clean. On general, i liked it !!!“

We went because the the craft beer selection was diverse and different from the norm. We were pleasantly surprised that food offerings. We live in Orleans but we will make the effort to come back because we enjoyed ourselves so much our cheeks hurt!“

“Took my spouse and daughter to EVOO for my spouse's 60th birthday. Megan provided excellent service and helped make sure we ordered neither too little nor too much food. Plates were very tasty and excellent. We were comped champagne and coconut cake for dessert, which was a very generous and welcome surprise.
We will be returning again soon. Highly recommend.“

“I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon tea. I was sat by a window overlooking the corner of Rideau St., and the table setting was both pretty and classic. The service was excellent, people were friendly and attentive, and the food came in a timely fashion. The sandwiches were all unique, both is appearance and flavour. The scones were exceptional with the mascarpone and jam. The desserts were decorative and delicious. I had a beautiful red coloured tea that had orange and pineapple flavours, the pot was plentiful. I had leftovers to take with me, and I loved the whole experience. I'd definitely recommend this treat.“
