“We ordered from skip and my meal was missing, so I called and spoke with I think the manager? Not sure who it was but she said they can’t order skip back and said I could come pick it up . I didn’t want to pick it up as I had guest over, so she said hang on and asked for my address and said they would deliver it.We opened the door and she was apologizing like crazy I wish I had her name but just want to say thank you and great service!, mistakes happen it’s how you deal with it. Thank you to the extremely nice lady who delivered it 😊“

“Just received the best burrito of my life from this place. It was massive- perfect because I am so hungover. The tortilla was stretched to its absolute limit- filled with the best pork, beans, corn, lettuce,onions and sauce I have ever had. And let me talk about the cheese. There was no skimping on cheese here. I had this delivered and when it got to my door the cheese was still perfectly melty. And it still is now as I type this. I wont lie this burrito fell apart half way through eating it, but now I get to enjoy the most perfect burrito bowl. I love burritos, and I've eaten them at alot of places, both here in ottawa and in montreal. I've been having about a burrito a week for like 5 years now and this is it. This is best one. Please if you do anything for yourself today, get yourself a burrito gringo burrito. And tip the staff good. They never skimp (all too common now at Chipotle and mucho burrito and all the others) and they always treat you so good. Please“

“After a long weekend of cheffing I opted to take myself out for dinner. I was on a quest to try something different.I stumbled on Mexicali Rosa's.

I was greeted with a very warm smile by my server Anna, who I might add was very easy on the eyes. She was extremely friendly and a smile that lit up the room. Her service was absolutely incredible even though she had multiple tables on the go! The food was delivered hot, fresh and in a timely manner. The salsa was delicious, I ordered the Fajitas that came out looking beautiful and very well 😋presented. Unique serving tray that certainly added to the dining experience. Fajitas were good, chicken was tender and the sauteed vegetables were done to perfection

I'd definitely recommend & plan to revisit in the near future.

Thank you Anna and the amazing kitchen staff who made this Chefs dining experience one to remember! Its nice to have someone else cook for a change.. lol!

“i come here every day for lunch as i work in the same plaza. great food at a decent price point considering other burrito/bowl places nearby. crispy chicken is always hot and crisp with the perfect amount of thai chili, chipotle sauce etc. one area i think the store could benefit from is by adding a mexican dessert section to pair with my burrito for dinner/lunch (churros, cinnamon cookies etc.). all in all a great place to get a burrito in ottawa!“
