“I'm honestly surprised at how decent this Timmie's is - super rare to get quick, accurate service from any Tim Hortons these days. The drive thru moves quickly despite 15 cars ahead of me in the morning and they actually toast things properly. The woman on drive thru on Thursday morning was so pleasant and greeted us with "It's a beautiful morning at Tim Hortons" or something along those lines and it was such a nice way to be greeted.“
“I go almost every day to this location for a Large icecap and a plain timbit/donut. The staff is always smiling and happy to serve me. I once dropped my entire icecap on my motorcycle and went in to ask for help and the guy gave me a wet cloth not some dry napkins a warm wet cloth! Had saved the day! Anyhow keep up the good vibes and positive attitude it aint always easy to deal with clients!“
“Placed an online order during a busy rush and completely forgot to mention it at the drive-thru. The staff was clearly under pressure with a long queue, but they still managed to stay calm and help me out. I felt bad for adding to the confusion, but they handled it with patience and professionalism. Big thanks to the team, and I’ll definitely remember to give a heads-up next time!“
“Listen! I have been to my fair share of Tim Hortons around Canada and this tiny one is memorable! The staff is always so sweet and nice, they work so hard and efficiently! We have been coming there before our hiking trips for months and it is consistently great! Working in the fast food industry is far from easy and they are doing amazing!!“
“I recently visited this location and had a fantastic experience. The staffs were incredibly friendly and efficient, making my visit quick and enjoyable. The coffee was freshly brewed, and my potato wedges was hot and delicious. The location was clean and cozy, perfect for grabbing a bite or enjoying a moment of relaxation. Highly recommend this Tim Hortons for great service and quality every time!“
“I last visited a Tim Hortons location more than a decade ago before I left Canada and it's changed. There's better coffee options now compared to back then but the food is still pretty much the same. This location did have clean toilets which is always appreciated.“
“Store can get really busy in the morning since there’s no drive through and the parking lot is quite small. However they’re quite fast at getting order out!
Parking: The lot in front of the store can be a little hectic during the rush. But you can park in front of FreshCo and walk over.“
“Not sure why they only have 3.5 stars… unless this caused the manager to hire better people. By far the quickest I’ve seen when ordering coffee on the app, even while being crazy busy. Corporate take notice: all your locations should be run like this, no excuses.“
“Since the hurricane closed the Tim's on Medherst, this has become a very important location serving the largest Timmy-less area in Ottawa, from Fallowfield to Baseline, and basically all the way until Tim's at Metro plaza on Greenbank. But the service hasn't leveled up to the rising demand unfortunately. In my last three pre-orders I pre ordered a large coffee for a meeting (the take 12 ones), set a time to pickup, and each time I got there they would ask me to pull aside and wait for an additional ten minutes or so. They should call it take 12 minutes. My message to upper management:Adding machines that keep beeping when an order is late is a proven method in increasing employees' anxiety and customers annoyance. Nothing else. Please invest more in your employees so they feel intrinsically motivated to fill those cups faster. As to the branch manager, I know the feeling of being stuck between a rock and a hard place, but you picked this job, so please do your best to improve the service and don't hold yourself to the resources (or lack thereof) you are given.“
“Line up of 6 plus cars is moving quite well ???? in the drive through, it's my 1st time here there's a huge hiring signorder process was a bit painful having to repeat myself for 3 did items but that could just be a noise problem in or outside. :)Hash browns are crunchy and not hot easy to eat right away.BLT was yummyOriginal lemonade is sweetNew red eye iced cap is delicious ????I asked for 10 pack ONLY chocolate Tim bits and they gave me mixed. :( I even repeated myself. Not a big deal but disappointing for my toddlersTook about 10 minutes from arrive to driving away with food .Over all good service ????“
“The lady serving the food was very friendly and nice. It’s my first time having breakfast at Tim Hortons. I came too early to the train station, and I needed a place to kill some time. Great spot!
Parking: Tim Hortons and McDonalds share the same parking space.“
“man where are the canadians
this is a canadian coffee shop and i see zero canadians. foods good though. Service? not so much. I get working morning to night isnt fun but I have a job too and its not that hard to throw on a smile and treat someone nicely for 5 seconds. Trust me it makes people come back if service is good.“
“Thursday at 930am: Seemed clean enough and walk in service was quick (there was short drive-up lineup). Service was friendly with a smile and offered a few milk pods for our black " dark roasts" ... a nice touch. First time, but will be back.
Parking: Tons, no worry.“
“I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Andrew. He was incredibly kind and always had a warm smile on his face. Exceptional customer service made my visit truly enjoyable. Andrew has a cheerful, kind and lively energy that brightens up any space. Thank you Andrew for your kindness and professionalism!“
