“We stayed at the hotel with another family and booked a dinner reservation for 9 people on our first night. Upon arriving early for the reservation, the hostess Tara refused to seat us despite many large empty tables being available and our reservation time being only a mere 20 minutes away. Her explanation was that she needed to seat those who booked the earlier reservation slot before us. This made no sense. There restaurant was not very busy and few people arriving in the meantime. Certainly no large groups that needed to be seated at one of the large tables. We had little children aged 3 and up who were exhausted from the day and we couldn't understand why we were made to wait that extra time. Otherwise the service was great and no complaints about the food.“

“I definitely recommended this place when I first started going but I dunno the last month of going it's been super disappointing I don't know what's happening in the kitchen but I hope they fix it soon! the waitstaff is amazing, that's the only thing that hasn't changed!“

“We were looking for a patio just yesterday so early in the spring- it was 18° and sunny, and although the tables and chairs weren’t opened up, the staff were kind enough to give us service outside in the sun sitting on the bench. It was lovely good food great service in a truly beautiful old century building.
The washrooms were clean. The inside felt dark, but maybe that’s because it was such a sunny day. It looked like a nice community pub with lots of happy voices inside.“

“I visited this restaurant for the first time And I was so impressed with their service. It was very welcoming and the crews were awesome. Very polite and smiling. Fresh food was delivered on time. Service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and today; a great atmosphere. I complimented the shift manager Christy for her excellent leadership. It has been a long time since I had great experience in a fast food restaurant. I wish Christy and her amazing team for more success in years to come.“

“Amazing place to go to for solo vacations. Staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Having a jacuzzi in the rooms is just fantastic. Food was great. Definitely will return soon.“

“Been to this location around 8 times now , each time the staff has been great. I order the same thing each time a Big Harv original with both cheeses Cheddar. Each time the burger has been fresh unlike a lot of the other location that the burger is warm and the cheese doesn't melt. This place all 3 times was fresh and tasted good. Hopefully they keep up the good work.“
