I was discussing my recent diagnosis with a friend and she mentioned this bakery. I just had my first visit yesterday, and it was absolutely AMAZING! I purchased a ton of different items to taste test, and it was such a relief to be able to shop comfortably and know I was safe with every food choice. “I was dying to try the salted caramel cheesecake from So She Baked after i saw a post of it on her Instagram page and i finally ordered it two weeks back. The cheesecake literally melts in your mouth and i loved the texture of the base as well. The salted caramel topping was irresistibly good that I couldn't help myself from licking it from the sides even before i cut the cake.
