Lovely and kind staff! Though I’m gutted because I used up all my points the other day to buy one of their reusable cups. The cashier didn’t mention AT ALL that this specific location doesn’t take reusable cups, so imagine my surprise when I’m all happy going in and not using plastic and they let me know they don’t take them :( And I’m not about to drive farther just to save 10 cents. Karynna provided us with the best training on how to poke a paper straw, mission accomplished! We are so happy, we always have been doing it wrong. The staff at this location is so friendly. Drinks are always made perfectly.

Drinks: yummy and a great variety. Nice that they have dairy alternatives. Can also customize sugar and ice levels for most drinks. We got the brown sugar pearl with oat milk and a taro smoothie with crystal boba. Service: usually quite friendly. Ambience: clean, no weird smells. Comfy seating, not super busy. Only downside is that there were at least 2-3 things that were on the menu that they said are discontinued ... misleading ...
