“We often visit the Kelsey's in Markham and Newmarket. Generally we've had good experience and great food. This experience was much different. We ordered the wings with fries and the steak fajitas. The quality of the food has diminished quite a bit since our last visit. The fajita were for 4 servings yet the fillings provided were barely enough for 3. There were very little peppers and the steak was tough and chewy. The wings we ordered were inconsistent. Some were soggy and cold, and others had no sauce on them at all. Fries were good but they were served in a little bowl highlighting the small portion size. Last time we were there the fries were on the side of the wings and were a good serving size. Attention to detail was not there and serving sizes have shrunk over the last few months.“

“The food, the atmosphere and the service are all top tier. I am ADDICTED to their Smokey Gar Par wings. They are the perfect balance of savoury and sweet. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. 12/10 Would recommend.“

“I had lunch with 2 friends yesterday at east gwillimbury location.Our waitress was outstanding ! She admitted to enjoys her job and it was apparent with her service. She deserves a raise!! Her name is Illyaana, and the 3 of us were glad she served our table. Thank You Illyaana ,you made our day.“

“They have great food there but don’t go there hungry. You will be waiting forever for your food. We had many instances where we waited way too long for our food that we just decided not to go back. We stayed away for awhile and thought to give it another try tonight. Not only did we wait forever for our food, others got seated & served before us. I waived the manager down and she gives the excuse of the waffle maker being broken then the waitress says it was because they got our slips mixed up. They gave me antra salad to make up for it and my kid got sprinkles on his waffles. No discount on the bill. I loved going to this place but we will not be visiting Symposium again“

“We came in late ( not long before closing as we suck and were hungry ) and our server was very inviting. She is polite, kind, and on Q with all our modifications and allergies. Thank you Jessica for your time !! Food was also perfect 5/5 all around.“
