Philthy Philly's Cheesesteak and Poutinerie has seen improvements under new management. The sandwiches, although saucy, were good. Onion rings were excellent. There was a slight curry aroma, which was odd. The staff was amazing and the place was spotless. The fill-up combo hit the spot. The pulled pork poutine took a bit long but was enjoyable. Despite some hiccups with locked doors, it's worth trying again.
