Wendy's in Newmarket

“I generally don't eat at Wendy's, this was a little better than i expected. Atmosphere in most fast food restaurants is the same as a gas station nowadays...if you don't like how they never clean...your probably going to hate the washroom.“

“The food was good, and the server was nice. The restaurant was clean. However, the manager on site and another employee spoke a different language and joked around near the young man who served us. It was clear to see that young man felt uncomfortable. I think it is very unprofessional, especially if you have the responsibility for any leadership, to exclude your staff/peers by speaking a different language. It makes no difference to me how many cultures are in any one place. Respect and common ground come when you speak the common language. That language is the language of inclusion.“
