“The best place to eat that I found after spending four days in the area.
For those concerned about the prices, keep in mind that food around the Falls is expensive everywhere. I couldn’t find a breakfast or lunch for less than CAD $30. Even a burrito from a fast-food restaurant cost me almost $30.
Here, I got fresh vegetables, quinoa, chicken, and an egg; a large, filling bowl for just $23. Everything was prepared quickly and tasted delicious!
Overall, it’s surprisingly difficult to find nutritious food in the area. There’s an abundance of deep-fried options (fries, burgers, sandwiches, pizza) and many Indian restaurants, along with one Turkish restaurant and several Italian places.
If you’re not a fan of Indian food (which I respect, but it tends to give me heartburn) and you’re looking for something healthier and more balanced nutritionally, this is the place for you. An excellent choice for lunch. Highly recommended!
P.S. As for the restaurants with Falls views, such as those in the towers, the food quality is more like a cafeteria while the prices are those of a restaurant. You’re really paying for the view.“

“I'm from Washington State. Went to google to find a health food store to buy dandelion supplement for my dog. I casually mentioned soup sounded good and the owner, Laurie, recommended a dehydrated soup mix by a local company, Funky Funghi. I bought two options and returned to my campsite to cook in my instapot. WOW SO VERY GOOD! I highly recommend!“
