Great location and view from our window, The downside is they are poorly staffed, mainly in the most important place, the front desk/management area. We got checked in fine, went about our day, made our way back to the room and our key did not work. It was 9:30 pm and our kids were ready to pass out. Our room was a double queen deluxe fallsview on the 20th floor and it was perfect. We had a patio door and the view was stunning. Our stay was made a ls comfortable as could be, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is situated within good walking distance from all local attractions. There is a Starbucks at the side of the hotel foyer and a gift shop. Don't forget Sweet Jesus! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHERATON!
We booked this hotel as part of a package with Virgin Holidays as a surprise trip for our husbands 60th birthdays. It was wonderful!! The hotel gave us complimentary upgraded rooms overlooking the falls - fantastic!! We were also treated to birthday cake and chocolate dipped strawberries! The rooms were big, the beds were really comfortable, and everything was perfect. BUT WORD OF WARNING. DO NOT DO JUST A KEY DROP WHEN CHECKING OUT!! Make sure that you take the time to check...
