“As a starter my wife and I had the crab cakes which were prepared and seasoned well. Wife had the special Salmon which was excellent. I had the chateau Brion well prepared and seasoned well with appropriate sides. Would not hesitate to recommend.“

“I was craving oysters late at night in Niagara Falls and found STK open until 11 PM on a Tuesday what a lucky find! The oysters were the freshest I’ve ever had, the crispy tuna sushi bites were unreal, and the wagyu burgers literally melted like butter. The calamari was perfection, and the dirty martini? Absolute heaven.
Our waitress, Chai, was amazing friendly, fun, and made the whole experience unforgettable. We even shared a few late-night laughs. STK is truly a next-level steakhouse with incredible food and a view overlooking the Falls. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a classy but lively dining experience!“

“Show up hungry and open minded to trying it all! Friendly service and it was all explained well for the newcomer. Try the gelato accompaniment with roasted pineapple for dessert! Did not love the online ordering idea! Fantastic food!“

“I know it's a steakhouse but can't stop ordering the ribs when we come. Ample portions & delicious every time. Had the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip for appetizer(enough for 4 people) a very nice salad & fresh bread. We ordered the Loaded Baked Potato without salt. The manager, Beckie, was delightful. She took the time to talk with us and made us feel very welcome. Definitely will be back !“

“Visited two weeks back. Loved the wagyu, the pork belly and the lobster Mac and cheese.
Expensive otherwise. Didn't like the regular steak which was 60$ - truly a workout for the mouth. So I barely ate half before giving up.
The 15$ potato wedges were grotesquely big and were simply discarded.
The wagyu steak itself is pure magic and worth the price!
The staff is cheerful professional and very very responsive. Probably the best in my USA ten day trip.
The ambience is very swank as well. All excellent otherwise.“

“We’ve never been disappointed with our dinners. From appetizers to desserts, everything is delicious and presentation is exceptional. Servers are friendly and very accommodating. The view of the water is another plus !“

“We have been to Niagara Falls and stayed at the Double Tree a few times. I just love that the restaurant is right downstairs and you can make reservations and dress up or down and go eat. I decided to dress for the occasion, my husband thoroughly loved his birthday outing and dinner at the Falls. We loved the dinner and desert, always impressed. Iam sure we’ll visit again.“
