“We had an amazing dinner at Copacabana Brazilian Steak House in Niagara Falls last night which was amazing as always but I have to do a special shoutout to Liam the meat cutter. There were business owners sitting at our table, many of which hire young workers and he was a fabulous young man with exceptional customer service. The table felt we got more from our Copacabana experience because he was serving us. Highly recommend!“

“I know it's a steakhouse but can't stop ordering the ribs when we come. Ample portions & delicious every time. Had the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip for appetizer(enough for 4 people) a very nice salad & fresh bread. We ordered the Loaded Baked Potato without salt. The manager, Beckie, was delightful. She took the time to talk with us and made us feel very welcome. Definitely will be back !“

“We have been coming for years to this restaurant without problems. This year however was very different. We had reservations for dinner. Prior to dinner couldn’t sit “at the bar”, as bartender said seats at bar were “reserved” even with several seats open. WHO ever heard of such a thing? I traveled extensively and have never had this happen.
As far as the meal, service very slow, not enough staff. My husband’s strip steak was very tough, had trouble cutting the meat even with a steak knife. He should have sent this back but didn’t. All in all very disappointed with everything, don’t really know if we will be back. The hostess was very pleasant and cordial, one of the only pluses.“
