“Aroma Espresso Bar at Outlet Collection Niagara is hands down the best café in town. Consistently great coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service make it my go-to spot every time I visit the outlets.
A special mention to my absolute favorite — the Hazelnut Latte. It’s perfectly balanced, smooth, and rich, and honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick caffeine fix or taking a break from shopping, this place never disappoints.
Highly recommended for coffee lovers — Aroma truly sets the standard! ☕“

“Booked a last minute solo reservation to have dinner a Liv on a weekday. WOW!!! From the time I arrived to the end of the meal, the service was 5 stars. Hot towel, amuse-bouche, palette cleanser and the ribeye....this dinner was an experience and worth the $$$. Cynthia was AMAZING and attentive.“

“Super contenti di avervi trovati qui in Canada, durante la nostra luna di miele. “Fantastic and relaxing. We enjoyed Sunday lunch. Our party of 8 loved the food, the knowlegeable service (Thanks Chrissy), the atmosphere.
Note, the lunch portions are large. You will not leave hungry.
Cannot speak about desserts as we were all full, with some taking leftovers home.
Excellant value for the pricing, and just as important a great atmosphere away from the hustle of city life.
Will absolutely return.“

“This place was recommended to us during the drive home, well worth the 10min detour. Excellent brewed coffee, much better than any of the large franchise places. Unique atmosphere and staff was very friendly. Can’t comment on the food, as we only had the coffees.“

“Albeit a pretty standard cafe, their service was very accomodating and amicable, making the experience quite memorable. I had a chicken wrap and it was definitely a bit smaller than I had expected, but it tasted great, and did the job. They’ve got a small menu but there’s definitely something there for everyone.“

They carry local. Layout is inviting and lots of room to move freely. Tasting the syrups with pancakes FREE..wow how often does that happen?? Free parking and lots..easy to go in and out. Next time I will have to try their poutine“

“Great breakfast, affordable. The server was so nice. I had asked for a few modifications to my order request and she obliged no problem.
Coffee was good and presented with a heart on top. Cute.
Decor is what you’d expect at any Williams / nothing too special.
Vegetarian options: The veg breakfast was yummy. :)
Dietary restrictions: I ordered the bagel w egg, avocado, tomato and spinach. I asked for the items to be on their own and not on a bagel. Then I asked if the bagel could be changed to a croissant and put on the side. All of these requests were obliged. I can’t have wheat, so I brought the croissant home for my kids. Egg and everything else was delicious and healthy.“
