Worst customer service ever! We ordered a cake online and went to pick it up only to be told we had to pay again even though it was paid for online. Bank charges were shown to Kirit (manager) who advises that you can’t have the cake without paying again as they aren’t set up with Dairy Queen online orders. She then advises that if both charges go through than to return to the store for a refund. She’s shown that both charges are on the Visa card before departing store, but...read full review
