We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. We had banh cuon no.5, bun bo hue, bun ca and cafe sua da. The portion was generous , service was fairly quick. This seems to be a popular place for the Vietnamese in the area.
Came here with a group and was really disappointed with the service. For casual joints like this, I typically don’t expect much in terms of service - I’m really just there for the food. But I found the servers here to be not only inattentive, but actually quite rude. Wife took me to this spot for Banh Cuon. I didn't have it in Vietnam so I didn't know what to expect in terms of authenticity. She made it before so I had some idea. But the banh cuon here was amazing! She admits this spot does it better than her, but she is still learning. We didn't have anything else just the banh cuon dac biet and it came out quick! I cleaned that dish so quickly that I was tempted to steal from her plate.
