“Went in after I drove by tonight. As a vegetarian, I’m always on the lookout for new places to try…ordered their falafel wrap. The owner came out and explained that I could have my sandwich on either a pita, or on their house-made wrap “bread”, and that they can be topped by topping I choose , or in the traditional Lebanese fashion. I opted for the traditional on the house-made wrap.”, and boy was I pleasantly surprised. I cannot stress enough how delicious it was. Everything tasted super fresh and perfectly balanced. Will definitely be adding this spot to my rotation“

“This place is a sure gem! Everything from the top notch service to the clean and neat environment, to the exquisite desserts. We were so impressed. I had the 'Fruitmania' and it was very good. It was the first time trying ashta and the more I ate it, the more I fell in love with it. It was perfectly paired with the strawberry and mango juice. The right amount of sweetness! “Came here yesterday with several friends and we had the best time! The service, food and atmosphere were all amazing. The price point is good and the portions are BIG! To start, the meat maeesha had a really nice flatbread and the meat was nicely seasoned with a bit of a cinnamon flavour to it - this was unexpected but a delicious surprise for me. Next I had the mixed kebab, which I highly recommend. The meat, sauces, rice and pita were perfection. The hummus though… SO GOOD!! I got to try the Jerusalem salad vs the Fatoush salad and while both were great, I preferred the latter.“

“The shawarmas are stuffed with chicken and amazing toppings. The owners definitely don't skimp out here. The family that owns the business also run the place and are the kindest human beings. Their son is such a kind young man and a hard worker. They also make Ethiopian food and coffee on specific days which we cannot wait to try.

“We come frequently and also cater from Tabule. The staff take the time to get to know you, and remember you. They are attentive and the service level is excellent. The manager comes by to introduce himself and make sure that all needs are met. The food is guaranteed to be fresh, tasty and healthy. Customization of menu items is handled well. Water is regularly replenished. It is always an overall superb experience that keeps us coming back.“

“One of the Best shawarmas I had in Toronto. It is meaty and saucy - they way I like it. Love that the have a hotdog sausage in the shawarma. I ordered the sweet potato fries too - which were also great The meat is tender and fresh - seems like you are eating thighs but it’s actually chicken breast. Highly recommended“

“The large Michelin-recommended sign at the entrance certainly sets high expectations, and in many ways, the experience lived up to that. Service was nearly flawless—attentive, professional, and warm throughout the evening. The cocktails were a definite highlight: creative, well-balanced, and expertly crafted.

The food, while good overall, didn’t quite reach the same heights. A cabbage dish had a lovely sauce, but the cabbage itself felt undercooked and was difficult to eat, with the filling being rather plain. The bureg had a rich, doughy texture, but the filling was slightly too runny and lacked structure. Dessert, though flavorful, was let down by an overly thick tart shell that overwhelmed the filling.

While the meal had strong points and was enjoyable, a few refinements would elevate it to match the Michelin-level promise the sign suggests.“
