“When a place is named after Bun Bo Hue then there really should be just be thing on the menu - bun Bo Hue which is absolutely excellent here. Bun Rieu is also here and while it was decent, it wasn't the best relative to their Bun Bo Hue. Deep flavourful broth, right amount of spice, proper porky taste. The ladies that run this pkace are OG vietnamese so you know it's authentic. Simple yet clean dining area, all you need for good pho. Cash only.“

“Extra Large food portions! You will not leave hungry! I tried the small pho which was huge. Not the best pho I have eaten but quite alright. I had to ask for mung beans, they were not included automatically. The pho had few ingredients but the broth was excellent and the tofu was generously portioned. I would have liked to see more greens in my bowl especially mint leaves. The chop sticks were slippery and made it difficult to grab the noodles. I prefer bamboo chopsticks.

“No doubt the food was great and the staff were kind and helpful. But on the safety side for sure one staff would need further training or better judgement as she directly handed out a heavy plate on top of our baby girl (7 months old only). This is inexcusable as not only was the plate heavy but it was also filled with hot food. We definitely hope if we visit next time this kind of negligence will not happen again.“

“Best pho broth by far, rare beef cut is okay, had better meat quality else where but the broth is definitely top notch (as mentioned).

Dined outside and they have the hoisin and hot sauce sitting outside which is definitely worrying on a 30 degree day and has been diluted due to the heat buildup.

My bowl had a piece of hair, mentioned it to the servers and the provided a fresh bowl. However, I worked in restaurants where the bowl is either discounted or on the house; this place does NOT operate like that.

“Food was amazing, went too many times to count and never failed to impress. Easy to order, multiligual staff and lots of modification options if you need to make changes. Food portion was always amazing and food never failed to impress. Customer service is also one of a kind and never seen before from the wait staff and especially the front of house guy. Atmosphere is nice and cozy and quiet and the overall restaurant is very clean. Highly recommended!“

“Their beef broth is so comforting and delicious. Just the right mix of sweet and salty. The staff are pleasant, and clearly put their best into the food and orders. Ceramic deco, ribbons, and other traditional Vietnamese items line the walls, and give a very authentic vibe. So many people have never had Pho (they're missing out), and this is the #1 place I'd recommend.“

Bun Bo Hue (Spicy beef and pork noodle soup) was phenomenal and I'd highly recommend trying out this restaurant if you're in the area.
