I went here around 1:40pm with my friend. The line was short and we got the same sandwich. She ordered before me, and I was the last costumer that the cashier helped before clocking out. My friend for her sandwich in 2 minutes… I did not received my sandwich for another 25 minutes, and I only got it because I had to ask a worker about my order. I went there July 10, 2023 around 6:50 pm. As usual, they don't have mobile pickup order so I have to line up and tell them my order. The one who took the order was rude, low key trying to mock my accent. I told him I want light ice as this location puts too much ice and he defended and say they put standard ice just like other stores. I just said okay and waited for my order. I bought a starbucks vanilla latte at yorkdale mall and it was literally so bad. i stopped at this starbucks otw to class and just asked them to remake it if possible. dude with ponytail who works here refused and said “it wasn’t his problem” and that “the prices are higher here so i can’t” ….. i mean cmon lol his ride or die attitude for the company costs him any decent customer service lol
