Gavin was super nice made a suggestion to the cashier woman to discount me from venti to grande, the cashier didn't listen charged me the same price or she delibrately ignored Gavin, the manager was creeping over my phone and the POS machine as I was making payment with the Starbucks iPad seriously Gavin should be the manager and that man should be fired it was creepy as all hell. And I still tipped... Go figure
