I can’t speak about daytime because I never go in the day, but I can tell you that the evening and overnight employees here are absolutely AMAZING. Please give your evening and overnight employees a HUGE shout out, they’re SO KIND, personable, friendly, everything that any business would want to be represented by. They make a hard day better. “usually they have very fresh ingredients very good customer service and I love their daily specials which is what I usually go for. I believe they have a new item on their menu which is spinach which you can add which is quite exciting to have that with the lettuce sometimes I even use two different types of sauces which gives a variation in The taste overall it's pretty good.“

I happened to come in with only one customer ahead of me but very quickly 3 other customers appeared and the sandwich artist was a bit overwhelmed. Sad to see these corporations always understaffing. Poor guy had no option to even try to call for back up.“

“If there is any subway in Toronto this is the first one I would come to. The place is very clean staff are friendly and the owner is also very nice. I asked for something that was discontinued as a courtesy they still made it for me. That’s called customer service thus is my only place for lunch. “I bought 2 desserts, a foot long chocolate chip cookie and a foot long churro. The churro was stale, so I tried to return the product and get a refund, and the employee confirmed that she knows how to do a refund but is not allowed to give refunds as per management. I just don't understand how a business can take a person money and NOT provide refund due to poor quality of product and service.

Customers dine in at night and the washroom is blocked off restaurants are not supposed to do when there's a certain a mount of seating (tables) in the restaurant.
