Nice.
Very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a medium chai latte for around $4 and simply asked for less ice. Instead of giving me a proper medium-sized drink with less ice, they gave me almost half a cup and said it was because I asked for less ice.
I paid for a medium drink, not half a drink. Asking for less ice should mean more beverage, not getting significantly less product. This felt like a complete waste of my money and was extremely frustrating.
