“Food was great, although serve was very slow and at times non-existent though I guess they must be short staffed. ordered $17 waffles only to see no whip cream and after hounding down a waiter was told there was none. I mean, if that's the case, fine. But don't just walk away and hope we dont notice. let us know. offer a discount or add extra fruit aside from the 2 strawberry and 5 blueberries. like do anything!“

“First time here. Appreciated the wait system and the transparency with where we were. Service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Dovie was a very attentive server.

Not sure what I expected but thought the food quality was comparable to other breakfast joints, nothing super special in that regard. Has a diner vibe, which works well for some folks, but not quite what I was hoping for, but think it works for a lot of people.“

“Service is horrendous. Arrived at Thomson Plaza outlet at 2.30pm, only to be told by the staff that she is having her lunch break till 3pm. Fair enough, workers need rest too. I came back to the outlet at 3.01pm, only to find the counter unmanned. The staff finally returned at 3.10pm, only for her to say she is not ready to serve and will need another 10 minutes to be ready to even start taking orders. Obviously, I walked off without an order because I can't wait one hour just for an egglet. Amazing how the chain can survive with sales like this.“

“Had the waffles with fried chicken and maple sauce and home sauce. It was delicious!! The chicken was crispy on the outside yet tender inside and the waffles were fluffy with a slight sweet aftertaste. The owners were extremely polite and kind.“

“Group of 4 ordered two items - chamango and the mango crepe pockets! The quantity was great and sufficient for 4 people. The mango pockets were so soft, light and filled with the inner filling which was delicious. The chamango had great seasoning and the tamarind mix popsicle was great too. Loved it so much that my friends got me a birthday cake out of the mango pockets and it was gone in minutes. Highly recommended! ☺️“

“Great breakfast/brunch option instead of your typical greasy spoon and a great option for a breakfast meeting. Not too noisy on weekdays. I had the BLT waffle with fruits and salad - it is huge! Fresh ingredients all around. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.“

“Okay so this was an experience!! We tried the pistachio almond and mint chocolate chip, both of which were hits. But the winner for me was this date with nuts covered in chocolate. I could have eaten 20 of them!! A gentleman who worked there (possibly the owner?) was the loveliest guy, took great pride in his work and was excited about and invested in us having a positive experience there. Highly recommend and will absolutely go back!“

“Absolutely love their egg waffles! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and a flavourful hint of egg taste. Definitely still one of the best and most affordable place to get egg waffles in the area without going all the way to Pacific Mall or Chinatown. Conveniently located near the south entrance of First Markham Place. I always get the original egg waffle and it costs only $3.80. You can add a drink for $4 and they have a selection of egg waffle flavours and drinks. Great place!“
