“Had been seeing the sign all summer across the road from the Shell station in Cloyne but only just stopped in yesterday. We’ve been missing out! John and Evelyn were super friendly, offering up samples of the incredible brisket to each of us before we ordered and while we waited. The food was worth the wait. Tender, perfectly smoked maple brisket dinner and my son had the bacon poutine (which there was no chance he could finish on his own). We will be back soon. Again and again, I’m, sure!“
