Your experience probably won't match mine. I went on a night after a local week long food festival and the place was empty. It was my partner and I enjoying the warm atmosphere as though it were our personal dining room. I can imagine how much fun it would be while full but while empty the staff are eager to create return business with personal, detailed attention. Piazza Bistro met my expectations of being in the heart of downtown Oakville. Amar was a great host, Phil took amazing care of us and the food was excellent. We got the Spring special and had an amazing night, thank you!
