“Picked up some Spaghetti and Meatballs for my kid and his buddy earlier today. Service was great and the description was legit that this place is home style. 15 bones for sgetti and meatballs was ok considering there was a good meat to noodle/sauce ratio. My kid is fussy so I wasn’t sure how this would go over but he loved it. Him and his bro rated it at 4.5 stars. I would have given this a perfect score on atmosphere but parking at the strip mall was so so and egress was little dicey. Had to squeal the tires to avoid getting T boned.“

“First time customers and we were blown away with the quality and customer service I received. Fausto was a pleasure when it came to ordering and answering all the questions I had regarding the food. Ordered a few trays for my sons 2nd birthday, the bar was high to impress my in-laws since they are Portuguese, end result they couldn’t stop taking about how good everything was. The chicken and fish fillets are to die for, along with the traditional potatoes and rice. Their in house sauce is AMAZING, and that’s an understatement. We got addition sauce of their mild and hot on the side. It was completely gone by the end of the meal. You have us hooked and look forward to supporting this small business again in the very near future. Thank you Fausto and the rest of your team for an amazing meal. “ordered on uber from this restaurant for my colleague. She got a whole chicken and potatoes. Both were really good, but the chicken was a bit dry/didn’t come with enough sauce for the entire chicken. She called up the restaurant and explained she was expecting it to be more of a Portuguese style with the chicken basted in the sauce and that it wasn’t that. Johnny spoke with her and expressed his understanding, gathered her address and hand delivered (since she had chose take out, she couldn’t go to the restaurant herself) a whole new chicken AND potatoes to her. He went above and beyond. Thank you Johnny.“

“We recently ordered from Mario’s Bbq Chicken for Dec 26/24. The online ordering service was easy and quick. The staff were courteous and were kind. The family enjoyed the meal thoroughly. I always get their coleslaw as a side bevause its fresh and pairs great with the chicken and potatoes. Their desserts are also immaculate! Suggest trying the tiramisu and their Portuguese tarts“

“Fantastic experience at the Winona Crossing location. Very friendly service, and the food was amazing. Had tacos, and rice bowls - one with pulled chicken and one with crispy - they were huge portions at a very reasonable price. The crispy chicken was light, very crisp and not at all greasy or oily. I had the pleasure of trying their signature whole chicken meal, and I was blown away by the flavor and juiciness of the chicken. All items were perfectly packed when we picked up, especially the individual soup & desserts. Everything was delicious, we even had leftovers.
