This place is absolutely horrible, their food are constantly soggy. I ordered an 18 piece chicken bucket meal with 5 sides for a family dinner of 8. Picked it up and got home, started eating and realized they had only given us 14 pieces of chicken. So I called them telling them what had happened which they just argued with me on, telling me I was wrong and I had ordered a 14 piece…..but yet I payed for 18 pieces and I was the one correcting them on their own prices! The staff were okay. The food was hot and made to order. I was disappointed that when I went on a Tuesday and placed my order, the person after me ordered the same meal, but it was the Tuesday special at half the cost. The staff never mentioned the special when I ordered, and there were no advertisements on the wall. The restaurant is bare and not inviting to stay and eat. We brought our food home. Overall, this was a satisfactory visit. Not sure if we'll be back.

Its 7:41pm, and we were going to pick up a bucket, fries and a few other things, and take it home. The sign on the door and online on your site and google says its open till 8pm, there were employees inside, but the doors were locked. Some employes saw us and did nothing, and we were unable to enter to place our order. Not happy, all signs were turned off. If your open till 8, stay open till 8!
