“We were greeted by Janet on cash who was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. She definitely has the happy attitude you look for when ordering food. She made our experience very pleasant. It’s really the only take out place I like to eat at.“

“Mmmm! Always Delicious! :)“

“Hey Chris tell your mum the eggplant parmigiana was excellent. Thanks so much!“

“Pretty tasty… service was so/so. A girl taking orders at the counter was meant to go on break so she stopped serving customers and waited for a supervisor to sign her out… it was probably about 3 minutes but it would have cleared the line if she had just told the supervisor she needed to be clocked out for lunch and then continued taking customers until they came instead of standing there. Or go to the kitchen and wait so customers don’t see you just standing there.“

“Solid sandwiches with great flavour Excellent service Gentleman at cash was efficient and came to check on me during my meal. Got a take out container and got some napkins too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The place has gone through a changeover. The portioning is better than before, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.“

“We missed coming here.... It's a bit nostalgic for us to stop here when we can, and we always enjoy it. The service is quick, the food is good, and the atmosphere is perfect (inside or out). Don't miss this stop if you're driving by.“

“Stopped by Dairy Queen recently and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the Buster Bar was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the restaurant was clean too. Definitely a great spot for a treat, especially on a hot day. Will be coming back!“

“Amazing food, Great Staff, good portions and price...I would definitely encourage you to stop in and try for yourself.“

“This 5star is because of the young lady working this shift early morning. She was so pleasant, very cooperative. This matters 100% in a business when the person serving your meal early in the morning adds a extra brightness just by having great energy.Thank you!!!“

“I have no idea what the man's name that runs the Orillia location but he is amazing. He is there everytime I go in alone or with my sister. Today my sister went in by herself for the first time since ive moved and he asked her why she was without me. Honestly that warmed my heart to be remembered! So shout out to the Orillia Freshii for being so welcoming and kind! Food is always fantastic 10/10 recommended food stop in Orillia!“

“Went on June 19th for the free personal sized pizza because Canada won and it was so good! They cooked them right then and there as people came in which was nice since you got a fresh pizza and not one that was cooked and sitting a bit. Super friendly and nice staff as well.
Thank you for the free pizza!“

“The service was excellent! Very friendly and helpful! The food is very expensive so it's sometimes hard to justify the proce but the taste is delicious!

The restaurant was clean but kind of lacking in seating. It feels a little empty.“

“Busy and packed. Really enjoyed the new international flavor subs. Albeit expensive. Inside was busy packed and having a table sandwiched (no pun intended) beside the drink machine and garbage receptical was annoying. Bathroom needs a makeover on the door with a occupied lock sign so people arent constantly pounding on the door. Bought a cuban and a steak sub both were good.“

“If your trying to go to timmies in the morning dont play yourself, A&W is right across the st and takes 5 mins in and out vs 15 in line at tims and you end up with the wrong order. Great breakfast sandwiches and good service“

“When did this become acceptable to give to customers ? Try calling the store for 35 mins , but there was no answer. Went back to the restaurant 15 minutes one way, and Angela( manager) said what's wrong with it. What do you want me to do about it. When asking for a corporation number, she claimed she didn't know it. Not to mention, there was no one else in line besides me, so how this happened is ridiculous.trying to say they where to busy to anwers a phone. unbelievable food and Customer service.......“

“The Orillia Burger King staff were very good the evening of Feb 27 2024. The fellow that took our order was very polite & courteous and told us the specials so we saved some money. Our burgers were put together with such care and tasted great! Some burger places just throw the stuff on the bun and don't care. The people working this evening were excellent! Well done and much appreciated!“
