“We were greeted by Janet on cash who was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. She definitely has the happy attitude you look for when ordering food. She made our experience very pleasant. It’s really the only take out place I like to eat at.“

“A couple nights ago I had an excellent customer service experience at this Arby's with the lady who took my order. She was friendly, helpful and got me my food in less than five minutes.

Bathrooms clean, sauces stocked up, all the trimming and surfaces were in great shape. Once I tore into the takeaway bag all my requested sauce packets were in there and the food was warm, prepared correctly and organized with sanity.

I've always loved Arby's (check out my Oshawa review) but the Orillia location is similarly a well oiled machine that will get you the beef and cheddar of your dreams!“

“Went here for a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. The cone sizes are very generous for the price, and no complaints about the ice cream. I was fortunate that it wasn't too busy considering it was summer. If you haven't tried DQ ice cream, then you're missing out.
