The staff is friendly and provides good service, with employees like Audrey, who is always kind, welcoming, and personable. The manager is particularly nice and has been known to go above and beyond for customers. The food and drinks are consistently good, although some customers have experienced errors with their orders, especially during busy times. For instance, one customer had a mix-up with their classic breakfast bagel with bacon, receiving a different order instead. The menu could use more options without tomatoes to accommodate dietary restrictions. Although the location can get very busy and loud, Tim Hortons remains a popular spot, especially for traditional donuts, double-double coffee, and delicious wraps.
