“The absolute BEST gluten free bakery I have ever been to, with the kindest owners! I ordered an angel food cake with strawberries on it, and 6 donuts, for my birthday. The cake and donuts tasted like heaven! My youngest child had a donut and said "These donuts were blessed by God!" I could not agree more! I've never tasted such delicious donuts! The cake was absolutely beautiful and it tasted just as good as it looked! I've been on a strict diet for the past few months and have so been looking forward to indulging on my birthday! Thank you Denis, for being so amazing when I came in to place my order and for delivering a cake and treats, beyond my expectations! I was in the aisle feeling a little overwhelmed over the differences between brands and frantically googling which is best when the gentlemen who was working the store approached me. He went through each and every supplement I was looking for and pointed out the differences and why some might be more beneficial over others. “One of the best run Cora's I have been to, the service was very quick and the server was courteous and even spoke French too. There was a small lineup when we arrived but only had to wait a few minutes to be seated, on a Saturday at primetime. The food took what seemed like only 5-6 minutes, I recall waiting at other Cora's for 15-20+ minutes for food, suffice to say, they were much quicker here! Food was good, of course it's hard to mess up breakfast.“

The place was super busy :( he was making all the food and answering the non stop phones ringing all while keeping a calm composure and giving friendly customer service. “I just had unbelievably, the greatest customer service experience at this restaurant. I brought in a receipt that was quite old of a pizza that I purchased some time ago and it had.... to no fault of the establishment, some very small issues with it. An employee at the establishment wrote "Free Pizza" on the top of my receipt a long time ago and I am not in the area very often so I decided to pop in. I was certain that the story I had, had very little credibility and my proof was almost zero, but the gentleman at the counter and his young co-worker were so incredibly professional and kind that they decided to trust a long time, faithful customer and happily made me a pizza. In the world that we live in now, this seems to be something that rarely happens. I am so impressed with what happened and I encourage everyone to patronize this establishment. “Very Impressed with the service at Pizza Pizza Branch 216 in Orleans. Clearly the best location in Ottawa in terms of service and wait times. Pizza gets delivered within 20 minutes of ordering and it took me 10 minutes when I placed an order for takeout. Customer service is incredible as well, thanks to Ali who took care of us. “I had a lunch date with my wife and we had wonderful experience at Eastside Mario yesterday. We were exhausted after early morning Christmas shopping and we really enjoyed garden salad and make your own pasta combination. “My standards for pizza are extremely high, as everyone that knows me knows I'm a pizza addict. I eat pizza 1-2x a week minimum.

I categorize pizza places in one of three categories :

1) high end/high quality, typically everything is scratch and hand made, usually local restaurants that are not franchised get rated here

2) high quality, commercialized pizza - Gabriels, Milanos and such

3) junk/party style pizza equal to eating at McDonald's.

Pizza Pizza falls under the junk/party pizza category, so my ratings are strictly for that category and comparable to Little Ceasers, Domino's, Papa John's, 1 for 1, pizza hut, Swann and such.

I'll start by saying I haven't ordered pizza pizza in over 20 years.

I ordered two large pizzas from here, large stuffed crust pepperoni and large stuffed crust combination. I also ordered two garlic dips (classic pizza pizza add on from my pizza slices days) and jalapeno poppers.

The stuffed crust cheese is not as tasty as the little ceasers stuffed crust and significantly more expensive. I will never order stuffed crust from pizza pizza ever again, and this is part of the reason for the one star loss.

The sauce, pepperoni, cheese and dough are as I remember, low quality but junky good.

The fresh toppings (arguably the most expensive item they have there) were the typical large franchise good but the bare minimal topping on the pizza. I think I had 10-12 slices of mushrooms and 10 quarter slices of green pepper on the large. This is the other reason for the one star loss.

The Jalapeno poppers were exactly like any other place that carries 98% Frozen items in the restaurant. So in short, they are ok but nothing specifically related to Pizza Pizza, as they are the typical tannis or sysco food junk jalapeno poppers.

I decided to try pizza pizza as I was bored of little ceasers and I only do gourmet or high quality pizza every other week due to a large being $50-$60 these days.

This specific pizza pizza location seems decent. The service was fast and the quality was as expected. I paid $56 with tax for two large pizzas, jalapeno poppers, two garlic dips, and 4 drinks, so value wise they are way up there on the list, when you're ordering alot of food.

Little Ceasers will always be my go to for junk pizza, but pizza pizza has earned a temporary tie for number the number 1 go to junk pizza place on my list.

I will order again soon and update my ratings as needed.“
