Waited so long, to order at the counter, I was able to ( after waiting some time) open my phone and login to the McDonald's app and place the order before anyone came to the till and asked for my order. Then I waited over 10 min for my order to be called, and 4 or 5 people who's orders appeared on the screen post mine, all got serviced. It was only once I spoke up at the counter that I had been waiting 15 or 20 minutes they located my order and the fries were cold and soggy,...read full review

McDonald’s in the east end of Ottawa offers excellent food with hot fries served quickly. The brand new spacious interior provides a sense of privacy. The workers are kind and the service is fast, with fresh food always available. The restaurant is efficient and great at what they do. With ample parking available, this location is highly recommended for a pleasant dining experience. The customer service is friendly and efficient. The mchappy meals were mcquisite, with crispy, tender mcnuggets and the creamiest, richest, thickest, mcchocolate milk. The ketchup is extraordinary with the freshest squeezed tomatoes. The store itself is very clean, thanks to the crew. The gentleman who helps customers is so sweet.
