“Portion sizes at the Orleans location are not typical of other Five Guys locations. No longer do you get the extra dump of fries. Fries tasted old too. Burger was fine but everything about the fries spoiled Five Guys for me. Very disappointed and won't be back.“

“I love the food but if you order with the app, check your food before you leave. I hadn’t ordered in months and was really looking forward to the buffalo chicken strips and they gave me regular chicken strips. We ordered a bottled iced tea and got a can instead. Of course everything is in bags and sealed so it makes it harder but it’s important. Not only did the cook make the wrong food but even the lady who packages it before you get it doesn’t notice.“

“Location was very clean. The soda machine was a tad sticky but that was after a bunch of customers used it, to be expected.
The staff were friendly, from the cashier taking our order to the gentleman who layed out our food for us. Food was fresh. It was good for a fast food place. We did not wait long either. Parking was also good. The only downside is the doordash drivers park right in the drive thru lane, but that has nothing to do with Wendy's.“

“So tonight after my teenagers went to their rooms for the night I decided to sneak to my neighborhood Pizza Hut and grab myself a my box. I then sat inside my truck by myself listening to the Rain eating my Pizza and honey garlic boneless wings and it was beautiful. Not only that, the pizza was fantastic. So good, I felt the need to give them a call and let them know that they make one hell of a good pizza. Dude then asked me to make a review and I'm a man of my word so here we are. Thanks for making this Dad break that much better😁👍“

“It's hard to imagine giving any McDonald's a five star review. But this one most certainly deserves it.

My 8-year-old son and I arrived at this new location in Orleans. I think it's only been open for about a year. It is very clean, which is not always the case at other locations. That's the first thing I noticed. The second thing was the lovely young lady at the register where we placed our order. She had a very big, genuine smile. Super friendly and very nice. That was really nice to see it. Most of the time the people working just don't seem happy. She did a wonderful job greeting us.

The food arrived really fast, delivered by the same lovely lady, with another big smile, it was fresh and hot. Couldn't ask for more from McDonald's.

Before we left I made sure to pass along my comments to the manager, to let her know that she has a great team and that I hope the service level stays the same for many years to come. Time will tell.“
