Service here is always great. Staff are always friendly and have a smile. Even early early in the morning. Must be the coffee there, so go check it out. Tell them Mahdi says they're awesome.
Service was incredibly slow at 12:45pm today when we went for lunch. There were two people ahead of us inside the restaurant, but we waited 10 minutes to order. There were no less than 6 wasps inside the donut display case, and another 10 buzzing around the seating area.
Love the latte

Tim Hortons is a comfortable cafe offering free wifi and a variety of food and drinks. The Cafe Americano and old fashioned plain donut are popular choices, known for their freshness and quality. Many customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who are noted for their pleasant demeanor and ability to take orders accurately. Service at this location is described as fast and efficient, with some customers mentioning that they do not need to repeat their orders. However, there have been some issues with food quality, particularly regarding the crispy chicken and bacon ranch wrap, which have been noted to lack their usual weight and texture. Customers also mention that staff sometimes call out orders rather than names, which can lead to confusion. The staff, especially one worker named Danika, are praised for going above and beyond, providing great customer service, especially when handling mistakes quickly and politely. Some reviews highlight that all Tim Hortons locations can be hit or miss, with consistency being an issue. Customers appreciate the overall positive experience at this location, especially after the gym, although a few mention encountering rude staff members who are abrupt or unkind. Despite these concerns, many find this location's customer service to be better than other places, and some customers prefer it over other locations. The restaurant's atmosphere remains welcoming, but a concern raised is the closure of the drive-through lane, which can cause traffic issues.
