“Wow wow wow! My experience this evening was top notch. The beautiful dark skin young lady that took our order and made our food. Did a phenomenal job. The crispiness of the fries and the gravy was amazing. Costumer service was great. Very happy, bubble, attentive worker. Will definitely be back. Thank you.“

“Great food- good customer service. My only issue is that the fries were incredibly greasy and stained my pants. They were sopping through the bag… I didn’t take it up with the workers because I don’t really know what they would have done haha. Just hope the owners see this, just so they know- maybe out there fries in there sandwich containers to avoid the mess“

“Mom and I went to The Newcastle location to try the new big arch sandwich. Moms was lovely. Mine was stone cold and a lovely staff. Member named Maria came and replaced mine free of charge and it was super hot. Thank you for the customer service.“

“This location is awesome! Melissa is extremely friendly and kind and always gets our order correct. We pretty much go to see her in the drive thru! We also have had amazing service from Taylor and Shelby - would recommend this location to anyone! Fast service and always friendly.“
