I can remember when the Blue Cactus first open. This place was the place to visit in Byward. Wow, have things changed. This place is "tired". The passion seems gone. Food, Service, and atmosphere are just going a maintaining attitude. I had one of the burgers, it was bland, dry and just ok. I think that it is time for the Blue Cactus to close, renovate, update the menu, and come back with a renewed passion.
