I had a delightful experience at the Cacao 70!The staff went above and beyond – when I realized I made a mistake with my order and wasn't enjoying it, they not only graciously offered to change it but also didn't charge me for the replacement. Their attentive service and genuine care made me a happy and loyal customer.
All in all the best place in Ottawa to have desserts. Super yummy, super nice, super service, and above all super clean. The manager is a very considerate person. He is so humble and would address any concern at once. For him, the customer is always right and always leaves happy. Everything on the menu is great and yummy.
