“My husband and I brought our three girls in last night, and honestly, I was a total zombie. After spending the entire weekend being overworked with endless yard work, house cleaning, and building projects, my brain was completely fried. I stood at the counter completely confused about what we even wanted to order.
Enter Kat (hope I spelt that correct). Instead of being impatient with my overtired blank stare, she was incredibly kind, energetic, and turned the whole experience into an absolute blast! “Brought my family here for my sons 6th birthday and was impressed by the staff and had no complaints about any of the services that I received and wanted to mention that Nitin and Jonny were definitely informative professional attentive and courteous. They made our time there enjoyable while serving quality meals and making sure that our needs were met. I've been to many different locations and honestly think this is one of the best the city has to offer and would definitely recommend this DQ for your next ice cream cravings. “I want to talk about the experience I had recently on April 22, 2026. My kids went, got a $1 cone, was charged $6.32 for it. Then 2 sm blizzards and charged $14 59 (supposed to be $10.79). He had coupons and was overcharged by close to $10. The manager was able to fix it, but just wondering how many other people have been wrongly charged and just nit noticed and if they've come up with a solution on better training for the front staff in calculations and maybe a class in integrity. Could be an honest mistake that happens a lot. If there's an excess of cash in the till bigger than what it's supposed to be. Where does it go? Just a thought. Cause if profits are in the 200% margins then it seems like a great business to continue.“

“Okay. Let’s start by when I went in it was disgustingly busy.. like i’ve never seen before. They got every line out the door served and taken care of so quickly. An extremely rude uber driver came in and was giving the staff a hard time. Entirely unnecessary and the staff dealt with it graciously! Thank you guys for some of the best DQ I’ve had!“
