KFC offers tasty food, though the portions may be smaller and prices higher due to inflation. The staff are professional, with many customers noting that they are very nice and always greet them with a smile. The washroom is available, though limited to one at a time. The vegetarian options, such as the corn sides and a garlic and herb pesto mixture, are well-received.
Many reviews highlight the fast service, with food arriving hot and fresh. One customer mentioned that the food was almost too hot to eat upon delivery. However, there are concerns about the restaurant being understaffed, with suggestions to hire more people to improve service. The manager, named Jen, is recognized for her hard work in ensuring customers are served quickly and efficiently.
