I'm new to Ottawa and my shawarma standards are high because my hometown has amazing shawarma that no other spots have come close to and I've tried many places already in Ottawa. “The Fattoush is amazing but unfortunately since our return to work the portions for the fattoush salad are much smaller and for the price of almost $15 it’s difficult to justify. Prior to the pandemic the fattoush portion used to be worth while. I know prices are climbing in everything but dissapointed in the portion size.“

“I was sad when this place replaced the Oka’s that used to be here as it was my favourite shawarma spot, but I’ve got to say I’ve been here a number of times now and it’s carrying the torch quite well. Solid wraps and poutines for sure.“

“This is my favourite spot for lunch. The chicken is crispy and never dry. The salad is never plain lettuce. There's always something else added into the mix like fresh cut bell peppers, purple cabbage or even broccoli. The portions are a good size as well. Friendly staff here as well. “The meat and cheese pies are to die for! Been going here since they opened up, and is our go to place whenever we need our lebanese meat pie fix. A trick is coming first thing early morning and they are super fresh. They are very friendly and always smiling when working. I've been to other meat pie stores and this is the best quantity and quality of pies in Ottawa region.

I have had a shawarma poutine in the shawarma side of the store and they are good as well!“

“I've been eatting Greeks to go since 2006. I've moved acrossed the country and I crave them so much. They have remembered me and when I come back to Ottawa, they are very accommodating. “We ordered 2 chicken souvlaki plates through Uber Eats and when the order was delivered, there was only 1 plate in the bag. I called the restaurant immediately since the bag had been sealed and not tampered with so it was clear that the restaurant messed up. The restaurant offered to make another plate but unfortunately they don't have their own delivery drivers so we had to drive to them and pick up the other plate. Once we got there, the owner was very apologetic and offered us a free item from their menu and a dessert. This is an example of good customer service. I get that mistakes happen but it's how a business handles their mistakes that makes all the difference. This was handled very well, in my opinion and we will order from Oh My Grill again in the future. By the way, the food was excellent! I have to take the review down to 4 stars because of the fact that we had to drive to pick up the corrected order but otherwise it would have been 5 stars.“

“Certainly amongst the best Turquish restaurant in Ottawa even if the place is modest and simple but greatly clean, well ordered and with owner couple top class. Menu with a large amount of different delicious choices. The review made by Ottawa Citizen one month after their opening is still very actual and totally worth the large amount of kudos received. Bravo to the very gentle owner's couple. The food is great and reminded us our meal taken in Kusadasi few years ago. We are going to use this spot on a very regular basis for sure.“

“I've ordered from this location few times through Uber eates. I wanted to leave a review for the consistency on the orders I've had. This location seems to pay attention to freshness. Which to me far more important than speed. I called the location to give the staff a compliment through a manager however no manager was present but the person I spoke with was professional and wanted to help when I asked for a manager. Food was fresh and warm check, service was professional and accurate check, overall is a 5/5 experience.“

“i had 2 junior bowl and kafta combo ,
Honestly i wasn’t expecting that from boustan but they just changed my thoughts about them yesterday.
They have a good customer service and best part is they doesn’t charge you for some stuffs which other restaurants would charge you .they will not say no to you but will let you know gently that it was extra but we are giving you ,so you can let us know next time before you pay
And food were good specially the amount of meat they give it’s fine to be honest ,compared to other places.
And you can hangout with friends here or can bring your family .
I will come again next week for sure“
