“I was craving shawarma and found this place on my way home from work. I'm new to Ottawa and my shawarma standards are high because my hometown has amazing shawarma that no other spots have come close to and I've tried many places already in Ottawa. Let me tell you, this place DID NOT DISSAPOINT! Amazing shawarma every bit of it! I will definitely be returning. The best I've had in Ottawa by FAR!“

“Best place since I discovered Shawarma 20+ years ago. Nice tender beef and always great chicken. The quality is always top notch. These guys have a great smoothey. They even catored my wedding about 3 years ago my late wife and her late husband's wedding before hand. I only have high regards and great experience.

I must however say, I think it's time you guys clean the Mango's signs both in the front and on the side near Scotia Bank.

The glass protection is great during this Covid Pandemic and arrows for pickup make us feal quite safe. I look forward to beeing able to dine again in the modified lounge/restaurant area again with my from my 10 peeps selected "entourage", and Love the fact that a rag with Sanitizer is left behind if customers want to wipe down their area. (This was prior to the recent lock down of limited in-dinning)

Finally, I hope the moth I noticed about a months ago has been solved. I've had moths before and Home Depot sells a bait and trap for that. I think the ultraviolet light they use was working the last time I went there. And my best budy and I got lucky with the weather to eat outside..

“All I can say is wow! My wife and I came here a while back for dinner, and what a treat! We had appetizers, calamari, dips and Greek salad. I had the kafta burger and fries and she had the souvlaki. There was so much food we couldn't eat dessert! And it all tasted amazing! We sat upstairs which had a nice ambiance and we had a prompt and friendly server. Overall a great dining experience!“

“The Fattoush is amazing but unfortunately since our return to work the portions for the fattoush salad are much smaller and for the price of almost $15 it’s difficult to justify. Prior to the pandemic the fattoush portion used to be worth while. I know prices are climbing in everything but dissapointed in the portion size.“

Menu with a large amount of different delicious choices. The review made by Ottawa Citizen one month after their opening is still very actual and totally worth the large amount of kudos received. Bravo to the very gentle owner's couple. The food is great and reminded us our meal taken in Kusadasi few years ago. We are going to use this spot on a very regular basis for sure.“

The salad has green peppers, cherry tomato, olives, feta, red onion, cucumber, and a pickled pepper. The lettuce is always crunchy. The chicken souvlaki portion is good and the meat has never been dry. They give lots of rice, which we like as students who want as much food to eat as possible. Everything is well seasoned and extra delicious when dipped in tzatziki. The delivery staff have been really kind, always starting with "hello, how are you?" and leaving with "have a great day." It never feels like they're rushing or trying to hustle to the next person, but the food still gets delivered super quickly (someone said interdimensionally fast, this is so true lol).Make sure you order directly from their website instead of a delivery app, the prices will be lower (since they don't have to pay another company a commission), there are better specials, and their delivery team is really lovely. “The shop has a lot of 90s charm with lots of parking and inside seating. We ordered two chicken shawarmas and a beef donair shawarma.

Reading the reviews after the fact, I'm unsure what to think...my meat was heated up in a pan on the stove and not the microwave. The gentleman behind the counter used gloves to touch the veggies. We didn't get sick and it was all very tasty! The location was a bonus as it was close to the Ingenium.

“I've ordered from this location few times through Uber eates. I wanted to leave a review for the consistency on the orders I've had. This location seems to pay attention to freshness. Which to me far more important than speed. I called the location to give the staff a compliment through a manager however no manager was present but the person I spoke with was professional and wanted to help when I asked for a manager. Food was fresh and warm check, service was professional and accurate check, overall is a 5/5 experience.“

Honestly i wasn’t expecting that from boustan but they just changed my thoughts about them yesterday.
They have a good customer service and best part is they doesn’t charge you for some stuffs which other restaurants would charge you .they will not say no to you but will let you know gently that it was extra but we are giving you ,so you can let us know next time before you pay
And food were good specially the amount of meat they give it’s fine to be honest ,compared to other places.
And you can hangout with friends here or can bring your family .
