“One of the best spots in Ottawa for trying new and interesting craft beer and unique local dishes. Dozens of rotating taps with some really interesting stuff that’s always changing. The culinary team also puts a lot of work into an ever-changing menu showcasing local ingredients, house-made pickled vegetables, cured meats, and preserves. “Shawarma Master on Eagleson. They are so kind and I for one am so appreciative of them. I called to place an order for a family plater for a family that is grieving a tragic loss of a daughter. When I ordered I asks for delivery and they do not deliver. I said oh darn I am sending it to a family who are grieving of a loss. I wanted them to have food around to encourage them at the least a nibble. Did they know of another place. He asked where do they live and I told him just off Eagleson. The gentleman there said call me in 5min. I called back he said what would you like we will deliver as soon as possible. I told thanked him and said “ you are amazing thank you and god bless. “Certainly amongst the best Turquish restaurant in Ottawa even if the place is modest and simple but greatly clean, well ordered and with owner couple top class. Menu with a large amount of different delicious choices. The review made by Ottawa Citizen one month after their opening is still very actual and totally worth the large amount of kudos received. Bravo to the very gentle owner's couple. The food is great and reminded us our meal taken in Kusadasi few years ago. We are going to use this spot on a very regular basis for sure.“

“The shop has a lot of 90s charm with lots of parking and inside seating. We ordered two chicken shawarmas and a beef donair shawarma.

Reading the reviews after the fact, I'm unsure what to think...my meat was heated up in a pan on the stove and not the microwave. The gentleman behind the counter used gloves to touch the veggies. We didn't get sick and it was all very tasty! The location was a bonus as it was close to the Ingenium.

“I've ordered from this location few times through Uber eates. I wanted to leave a review for the consistency on the orders I've had. This location seems to pay attention to freshness. Which to me far more important than speed. I called the location to give the staff a compliment through a manager however no manager was present but the person I spoke with was professional and wanted to help when I asked for a manager. Food was fresh and warm check, service was professional and accurate check, overall is a 5/5 experience.“

Honestly i wasn’t expecting that from boustan but they just changed my thoughts about them yesterday.
They have a good customer service and best part is they doesn’t charge you for some stuffs which other restaurants would charge you .they will not say no to you but will let you know gently that it was extra but we are giving you ,so you can let us know next time before you pay
And food were good specially the amount of meat they give it’s fine to be honest ,compared to other places.
And you can hangout with friends here or can bring your family .
