Such soft, warm and perfectly textured pretzels, just um, um, ummmmmm. This was my first time trying pretzels, we took Nutella Pretzel and Vanilla pretzel, and they told us that they had a special offer running that day and we can order 1 more pretzel. So with all our sweet pretzels, we ordered a savory pretzel, a cheddar pretzel. And all the pretzels were so good, a bit messy to eat, so take a few extra napkins but absolutely worth the mess.
The food was amazing but it takes a while to cook,so expect to wait a few minutes.Other then that it was lovely they were so nice.The atmosphere was ok,but it is in the middle of a shopping centre so it can be busy. I would totally recommend it. Ohh and they have great deals

For how busy they were, the service was still pretty quick. They were pumping out trays of pretzels like no other. Pretzels were fluffy and chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. They were steaming hot too so very fresh. Service was great. They were helpful with recommendations and apologized for the mild delay.
