“I had the pleasure of eating at their second location this evening.(carling ave.) ordered take out. My incredible experience started from the second I walked into this place. Not only is it clean and renovated very nicely, the customer service was incredible. unfortunately I'm not the best with remembering names, however the young lady that helped me was just amazing. The cooks were also great and very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing! The chef whos name begins with a J...was on point. I ordered the sausage pie. The dough on this pie was fresh, savory and left me wanting more and more..Every ingredient just went well with the other.( wishing I ordered more😋) The daily soup was also Fantastic 😋. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be back. Being in the food industry myself and being a cook/chef for 15 years of my life, this was a very pleasant surprise and its just down the road. 👏 Great job to everyone there and look forward to seeing you in my next visit. support local 😇“

“Had a lovely evening at Cafe Tehran this week with a small group of friends. We all loved what we ordered, from the traditional Iranian soup, to the chicken kebabs, to the Ghormeh Sabzi Stew, to the DIZI. Beautiful flavours and perfect tummy warming food in this cold weather. Highly recommend and the servings are HUGE.“

“I recently visited Falafel Scoop in Ottawa, and it’s safe to say it exceeded my expectations. We were welcomed with friendly service as soon as we walked in, which made the whole experience even better.

I ordered a falafel sandwich, and it was massive and delicious. The falafel was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly spiced. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the pita was soft and warm, which tied everything together perfectly. The portion size was impressive—it left me satisfied.

In addition to falafel, they also serve shawarma and kabobs, giving customers a variety of Middle Eastern dishes to choose from. My wife opted for the chicken shawarma, and they served it in markouk bread, which was a great touch. The chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor, and she couldn’t stop raving about how much she enjoyed it.

What stood out to us was the food and the overall experience. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, and the service was fast and friendly. “Been living in Westboro for a few years and we wanted to try this new place that our neighbours told us about. What a lovely atmosphere! The service is very friendly, and they were accomodating for us to send one of their employees outside to our car to give us the pizza!! And the food is delicious!! We ordered a large pizza and the club sandwich and it was served with fries and a delicious salad on the side. Great stuff. Can't wait to come here in the summer!!“

“Mad Radish offers excellent healthy and fast meals. Their meals are often rice based and they have great vegan options with a variety of flavours! I’ve never had issues sitting in to eat as there’s extra seating upstairs, and they offer free cups of water. The music can be a little loud, but it’s a great environment with amazing food!“

“We love coming here around Christmas to dine in! It makes us feel nostalgic for the places we went growing up and love getting to have our kids experience the same thing. The food is wonderful as is the service. They started doing some very modern renovations to the kitchen and am hoping they stop there because what makes this space one we seek out is the unique atmosphere you can’t find anymore (the carpeted floor, the wallpaper, the cozy wood booths). The one disappointment was how filthy the bathroom was. The toilet brush looked as though it had never been replaced and the wall all around the toilet brush was covered in filth. It really made me lose my appetite and took away from the rest of the experience and seems like an easy fix. I hope that a restaurant takes cleanliness very seriously in all parts of its space.“

“I do like it very good but sadly it's changed I hope they truly listen to this advice stick to the way it used to be made 6 years ago or so. it was so big awesome but not as so anymore more. I even had a lasagna not long ago sorry it was not as big as it used to be I remember wow being so big they lived up to there name the owner before was the best, I know there two that were owners sadly one is gone but he was the best at making the food there everything was so big great price now it's not much different than most places so I don't mind going to Gabriel or willys few other places I hope super duper goes back to the original style this is no means of saying bad its just asking them to look back and do that again.“

“Ordered for the first time here during their annual event of Pi Day (03/14) and ordered their margarita pizza for $3.14 and it was amazing. Placed my order through their app in order to get the special pricing and was able to pick up my pizza with barely any wait. I waited maybe 5 min as it’s very busy during their promotion which is understandable. Their pizza tasted amazing and the quality was great! Definitely going to return if I am in the area! 5 ⭐️“

“Great gluten free options. The Taco salad is particularly good. The staff are nice. It's located in the "new" and beautiful food court called Queen Street Fare. Relax by the waterfall while you enjoy your tasty organic lunch. A little pricey but, when you're done, you'll find yourself saying "that was so good!".“

“Visited this fairly new Chick-fil-A outlet recently. It was a weekend, so we had to stand in line for a while before managing to place our order and get inside. My wife passes this location on her way to work, and according to her, this waiting queue is a daily occurrence.

That said, the wait time to receive our order wasn’t too long, and the food was served at our table—a nice touch for a fast-food chain. We ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich meal with iced tea and an additional grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were decent, but we especially liked the fries, iced tea, and the variety of sauces available.

Overall, it’s a pretty decent location for a fast-food setup! We might visit again soon.“

The food was absolutely delicious and one of the best selection of menus we've ever seen! Everything is freshly cooked to perfection and also very healthy portions! “The coffee here is consistently good! The lattes tend to have really nice foam texture and are tasty. The food that I've tried (I've had the croissant and macaron) are great. They bake stuff in store and it smells wonderful.

The seating is a little tight. No one's fault it's just a small store. The prices are in line with what other places charge, maybe a little above. Baristas are nice.“

So first the service at the bar we were attended to. Was fantastic!
Once seated. We were GREE by LEE. His whole attitude. Smiled, chatted took our order. Not a mistake was made.
Our steaks were done exactly how we asked them to be!! Lee knew exactly when to approach.
My only complaint, I don’t think or know I can.

The woman who is usually there has good opinions on sauce and flavours. They are fast and consistent with their sandwich portions. I appreciate them being friendly whether I take a combo or not. Asked, but not pressured as one expects with many businesses these days. Really, it is a modern sandwich shop with modern people with good service. Who could ask for more?“
