They don’t accept gift cards or do Tims rewards. Lines are always long, staff are always new, food is usually warm. I don’t think they have the fruit slushies either. Other than that, they have a good selection of bakery items, from biscuits to cookies to twists to donuts.
This place could benefit from an organizational planner. They don't seem to do a good job of allocating tasks and functions within their units and consequently there is chaos at the workstations and long lines. There is one lady there that just seems to stand and watch everyone else work and doesn't pick up the slack as others are scrambling around. Product is good, service could be better.
Hit terribly by the recent tornado, it suffered a lot of damage to the roof and siding. I sheared a nearby power line pole in half an uprooted a number of trees a few meters from the building. It was our favourite.
