“Went with my girlfriends in the evening! Had appetizers and main dish. Delicious and served fresh and warm! The Pad Thai and Pho is excellent! Try the deep fried bananas with a drizzle of honey and topped with crushed peanuts!“

“Crazy Pho You has gone through a lot of owners over the last few years. My girlfriend and I used to go there when it was the original owners and it was amazing. After they left, it got rocky. The food wasn’t very good for a while and we stopped going.

We decided to try it again under this new management and I can honestly say Crazy Pho You is back!! That food was incredible. The broth was so rich and concentrated and the meat was so tender and fatty. The restaurants New decor feels refreshed and cozy, and the service was kind. We’re already making plans to go back.“

“soooooo guuuuuuuuuuuuuud!!!I had originally planned to take my friend from Montreal to a pho place I loooove (Pho Tuan) but it was closed for holidays...we met this very cute vietnamese girl living in the area and asked her where to go: she said go to Pho THu Do!!!may the gods bless her soul. We had incredible pho soup and deep fried rolls. I felt love in the 8 hrs simmered broth and it proved me the poetic lines of a Haiku book I read before: The Art of Peace, yes that was it!!!!!!“

“Saw this combo pic on the reviews and wanted to give it a taste. It was pretty good. A little odd together. The meat was tender and savoury. The crispy spring roll was very good. Luckily the fish clear sauce saved it as the noodles don’t have any flavour to it so you have to dip them in the sauce to get flavour. I would go back but I’d want to try a different dish.“

“We had a great dinner at this restaurant. I booked a large table for 15 people two days in advance, but when we arrived, they couldn’t find my reservation, which was surprising. However, they were able to accommodate our group, which we appreciated. The pho soup was tasty! And they have free parking across the road.“

“If I could give a 100/10 for service I would! The owner once we walked in said take out only after 9pm... he saw how frozen we were coming in from -27°, said no problem you sit! Ordered two medium well done x2 beef pho and stirfry lemongrass beef vermicelli. Asked to make the pho spicy. THE FLAVORS WERE INCREDIBLE! Everything came out hot and quick! Perfect spot to warm up after a cold cold night. Deff a must try! 10/10 Big thanks to the nicest staff! 🙏🏾“

“Service was really good, but minimal as we had take out so not too much interaction. Very tasty food! We had beef and vegetables and the beef was a touch chewy, but still delicious. Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp was really good too. Lemongrass shrimp with vermicelli was delicious. The shrimp rice paper rolls had a lot of noodles and lacked flavour. They needed the dipping sauce that accompanied.
Serving sizes were very generous. We ordered 4 stir fries for 4 adults and had plenty of left overs“

“I’m going back every single time. It’s so ‘mouthwatering’ and delicious. What a great place to have a coffee with lunch. I had their grilled chicken sandwich. ‘Anna’ is amazing as a great host. My new fave spot.

“I am rating this a 5 for the food. Hands down, DELICIOUS. We adored the pork banh mi and my girlfriend said it was the best chow mein she had ever had (and she has tried a LOT of chow mein!) Now, some of the reviews mention that the place could be a bit more hygienic (true!) and they also mention a female server who pays more attention to her phone than the customers. That has been my experience as well; she scowled so hard at me I felt unwelcome in the restaurant. Luckily when other people are on shift, they are much friendlier.

At first, I thought I was being over-sensitive about the female server, but when I brought others and she happened to be there, they revealed they felt the same way even though I hadn't even mentioned it.

Recently, I saw that server again and she was much happier and more attentive. I wonder if something had gone wrong in her life that affected her. All in all, I think the food is amazing and I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt.“

“As a northern Viet person, I really like this place. There are so many options for vegans and vegetarians since many of the mains that come with rice or bun noodles can be made veg with tofu instead, and they use the same sauces, herbs and seasonings. They all taste good to me! I always get these rather than veg pho which is never good at a meat restaurant. I really don't want vegetables (aside from herbs) in my pho as that doesn't taste right. If you want veg pho, go to a veg restaurant. There are almost no veg options at any of the other Viet places in this area so I'm grateful this place exists.
Also saw some people say the pho is lighter. Obviously I've never had the meat pho here but my grandpa used to like it. This is probably northern style pho (which is from North Vietnam), which is lighter and more delicate than southern pho. The latter is much more common in Toronto which is why people are unfamiliar with the difference and are expecting something else. You can google to learn more!“

“Went for a quick lunch with an old friend. It was amazing, the server was extremely kind and even suggested hot and sour pho. Which was the best pho I have had in Ottawa.The atmosphere was great and friendly, my friend and I sat for two hours and didn’t feel rushed at all.I also had pork spring rolls which were delicious.
